Pipe Stress Analysis using Caesar II

5 days (40 hours)

The content of the seminar:

The seminar is intended for engineers working on designing process diagrams of piping and instrumentation in petroleum, chemical and petrochemical industries, energy, thermal engineering and distribution of natural gas, for consultants involved in audit of projects and for engineers from production, maintenance and inspection of piping systems.

The seminar is of great importance to those who want to learn to use CAESAR II computer applications in order to solve problems related to piping.

At the seminar, participants will learn to apply modelling techniques and methods of static analysis of piping systems using the latest version of computer applications CAESAR II and CADWorx Plant Professional. Special emphasis will be on modelling individual components of piping systems with emphasis on importance of realistic simulation of behaviour of piping systems. At the seminar, case studies will be presented and use of mentioned computer applications will be used for problem solving cases.

The seminar is based on applications from HEXAGON, but this does not preclude the usefulness of the seminar when using other applications. Everything you will hear at the seminar is applicable to other similar applications. Each seminar participant will have a computer with CAESAR II and CADWorx Plant Professional, enabling him to analyse every problem.
